By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the current version.

Because every blanket is individually handmade, we accept returns for a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect reported within 5 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund. We are generally unable to accept returns on used, washed, or final-sale items, and personalized or custom pieces are not returnable except for a defect. If something is wrong with your order, email hello@comfortandcross.com and we will make it right.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious error occurs we may correct it and, where an order is affected, contact you before charging or offer a cancellation. By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and warrant that our blankets are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Because these are handmade natural-fiber goods, minor variations in color, weave, and size are normal and are not defects. Except as stated here, products are provided without other warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the item at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, infringe our intellectual property, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access. All site content, including images, text, and designs, belongs to Comfort & Cross and may not be copied without permission.

We hope to resolve any concern directly, so please contact us first. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Comfort & Cross agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, except where such a waiver is not permitted by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us.

We may modify these terms as our business and legal requirements evolve. We will update the date below when we do. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
